There is a special thrill in getting a good deal. I come from a long line of bargain hunters. Using just the right balance of gift cards, coupons and loyalty points makes my day. I also enjoy unearthing treasures at second hand stores where the value is not reflected in the price tag.
As much as I like a good deal, I value quality as well. I guess I’m an old soul when I say, “They just don’t make things like they used to.” Quality speaks for itself and can be viewed as an investment. When you buy quality with the intent of it lasting for years, you save from having to buy less quality more often.
